I know that prayers are answered I know that sometimes maybe even most of the times we don't get the answers we want or when we want, but he answers.
I was preparing for visiting teaching this month and the lesson is on Sincere Prayer, and something really struck me it said Prayer changes our lives. Through it we draw near to the Lord, and he reaches out his finger and touches us, so we never again are the same. Prayer is a mighty force that moves mountains and saves souls.
I have a sister who is not active in the church who I love with all my heart. She has taught me something about prayer something she may not even realize and that is to always have personal pray, she has never let a day go by where she has not thanked God for all she has. Her reasons of not attending church regularly are her own but I give her a challenge Jill have family prayer each night not just your own but with your family, it will strengthen you and your family. I love you Jill and thank you for all the prayers you said on my behalf, Cory and my kids, all my siblings, their spouses, and my parents and friends it was those prayers that made me well six months ago,..... and are keeping my dream alive! I love you

that is so neat,this message had alot of meaning for me as well, when i went visiting teaching i told my girls that I am teaching myself, i love the power of prayer
