Our Summer

Our summer came and went so fast. With so many fun activities and all the many days at the pool, my sisters all love to remind me of how easy I have it at the pool not having to chase little ones.

Brooke danced this year at BYU Stadium of Fire.

That was so cool.   Wow she worked really hard, dancing on the feild in 112 degrees.

I reallly think Miley Cyrus was the best part for Brooke.

In August Brooke tried out for another competition team and skipped a whole class. She is learning cursive in school and has better handwriting than I do.

Mason and Kobe finished baseball.  That was so fun.  Mason is quite the pitcher, while Kobe like always, the "hitter. "

In August, we started football and with two boys in that, all I can say is tackle, tackle, and more tackling. Mason had his best year with plenty of touchdowns our little pre-teen can sure run fast. Kobe played center for his team and being the youngest on his team I was so scared as I watched him go up against much bigger boys but he never went down, of course the coaches saw his determenation so he also helped out on the defense team.

In July, Jill, Mason, Mom and I took on a 5k walk/run mom was amazing she put on her sun viser and was gone she looks and feels so great we are so proud of her. Jill and Mason ran without stopping and finished right under 30 minutes. I however had a much harder time but I was determined or maybe just watching my litttle boy smoke past me I kept going, we had so much fun.

School started for everyone in August but we had to wait another month our new elementary school was not quite finished but I survived and now my house is back in order or at least until Christmas break.
Cory and I are still awaiting a pregnancy, some days are alot harder than others but my family keeps me going. Any time I can hold Kelsey or Pearl I feel better.

We are staying busy in our lives and I cannot believe it is now October where does time go? Let me just end with I cut my hair this is the shortest it has ever been and I am loving the change.

Watch out!! Blogging is addictive. I have dishes and laundry waiting but I did my current post. I'm so glad we have found each other. We almost did Stadium of Fire! That would have been so fun to do it together. I wish Brooke was up here dancing with 'Today's Generation'. Your kids are precious. Be patient....that pregnancy is coming.

JENNY! Hey....Oh i'm so happy that you guys have a blog. I don't get to see your cute family as much as I'd like to, so this is the greatest way to keep in touch! Good ole blogging world =) I know Trav isn't too fond of the whole blogging thing either, but I think he's realized that I'm going to do it anyways, so he's grown to like it! It was great to hear from you! Can't wait to see more pictures.
