whatever

losing weight sucks! eat this, don't eat that, drink this one hour before that, don't eat two hours before this, run in place while eating that, brown food only, "good carbs" only (whatever that means) cardio, resistance training, yoga, spinning, herbs, vitamins.
Is this really what is expected of me? Well we all do it, here's to the New Year!

I just eat the carbs, forget about "brown", and I figure I count the calories burned as the miles on my car running around getting my kids!

Tyler has already started his dieting and I told him he will have to wait atleast a couple months for me to catch up. There is something about being nine months pregnant that means you deserve a little extra food. Miss you!
